official due date
okay folks, just got the word from the doc. official due date is aug 5, so that means i'm only 10 weeks along as of yesterday. he said that i'll change weeks every thursday.
we had to go in for a 2nd ultrasound because there was a discrepancy between the date calculated through the LMP method (last menstrual period) and the size of the baby from the 1st ultrasound. the lmp method was putting me at like 11 weeks, while the size of the baby was putting me at 9 weeks. so the 2nd ultrasound was done to re-measure the size of the fetus to get a more accurate reading.
we got another picture of the baby too. it's more close up and blurry, but it was so cute. henry was looking at it and he goes, hello baby! hehe!
